Her journey as an entrepreneur is marked by diversity and innovation. From owning an award-winning baton twirling club, Chocolate’s Baton Twirling Club, to hosting "Your Real Estate Connection" on WDGAradio.com, Lil has consistently demonstrated her versatility and passion for making a difference.

Her achievements also include reigning as the Candy Queen for both Hershey Foods Corporation and the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Confectioners’ Association, co-authoring the Amazon bestseller "The Queens Legacy," and officiating as a retired PIAA Basketball Official.

Lil's commitment to service extends beyond her professional endeavors. She serves as Board Secretary for the Commonwealth Charter Academy Cyber School Board, is actively involved with The Salvation Army Harrisburg Capital City Region’s Women Involved organization, contributes to the Girl Scouts In The Heart Of Pennsylvania Volunteer Strategy Committee, sits on the board of the Montel Allen Glass MBK Foundation, Inc, and is a featured real estate professional speaker for The Fair Housing Council of the Capital Region, Inc. First Time Home Buyer Program.

Her dedication has not gone unnoticed, earning her numerous accolades including Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty Peak Performer awards, membership in the Honors Society, and recognition as a top agent for insurance success rate and referral partnerships in 2022.

Lil holds an Associate’s degree in Mass Communication from Harrisburg Area Community College. Outside of her professional and community commitments, she and her husband, Steven E. Jackson, Sr., are dedicated members of Cornerstone Baptist Church, where Lil actively contributes to the Clean Up Committee and serves as Games Committee Chair for their annual Vacation Bible School.

Residing in Steelton, Pennsylvania, Lil finds her greatest joy in the company of her husband, Steven, and their beloved grandchildren, who lovingly refer to her as "Nannos." As they embrace the adventure of being self proclaimed Newlyweds-4-Life, Lil remains steadfast in her commitment to resilience, compassion, and empowering others to not only achieve their dreams of homeownership, but also ensuring that every moment is filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
